We have development processes in place at Infinite Mind.  We also are certified Project Management Professionals (PMP).  What does that mean?  It means that your development team not only designs and builds cool stuff, but that we also follow internationally recognized processes to manage a project.  This includes defining your requirements and your stakeholder’s requirements at the start of the project,  identifying and managing risk, following well-defined quality assurance and quality control procedures and, most importantly, ensuring key milestones, design decisions and issues are effectively communicated to you and never whitewashed or ignored.
